Austin Lindsey
Austin has been creating ceramic art for 16 years. After a one-year apprenticeship with internationally renowned woodfire artist Peter Callas in 1999, Austin created his own wood kiln and began experimenting, eventually developing his own firing techniques and clay bodies. This led to participation in several national and international juried exhibitions. He has taught ceramics at Crealde School of Art in Winter Park, Florida, and lived & worked in the British Virgin Islands for several years. He now calls Newnan, Georgia, home.
