Robin of Mineral Bluff, GA, designs and creates traditional bobbin lace pieces and original contemporary work and is the author of "101 Torchon Patterns." A member of the Southern Highland Craft Guild and Piedmont Craftsmen, she has taught extensively in the U.S. for nearly 40 years. An honorary member of IOL (International Organization of Lace, Inc.), Robin received a Georgia Council for the Arts grant to develop the use of traditional lace technology for contemporary lace art. Previous proprietor of Robin's Bobbins & Other Things, she now teaches on a limited basis.
