Share:
Karen has been a color person and collector of glass since grade school. She started enameling over 35 years ago to incorporate these two passions into her jewelry and other work. Author of "The Art of Fine Enameling," she specializes in the cloisonné technique and prefers working with transparent colors on silver for their luminosity and depth. Karen is also a skilled beader with primary interest in bead embroidery. She teaches both beading and enameling at various venues, including a summer camp for 8-16 year olds.
