Cindy Brick
Cindy is an editor, designer, and writer who travels the world, teaching about quilting and textile history. A former editor for "Quilter's Newsletter Magazine," she is also an experienced personal property appraiser with AQS, PAAQT, and USPAP. She has judged a number of national competitions, including the Mid-Atlantic Quilt Festival and IQA (Houston). She has written many articles and six books, including "Hanky Panky Crazy Quilts," "The Stitcher's Language of Flowers," "Quilts of the Great Depression," "The Fabric Dating Kit," "Crazy Quilts," and "Quilts of the Golden West." She is working on a sequel to "Hanky Panky," as well as a history of scrap quilting. Cindy lives and works in a 30-foot trailer, currently parked in Colorado.
