Cora Edwards
Cora bought a scroll saw in 2000, practiced until she could cut accurately, and began making intarsia projects. By 2001, she was teaching beginning intarsia classes at the Woodcraft store in Towson, Maryland, which she continued to do through 2005. From 2005-2011, she taught beginning and intermediate intarsia classes at The Villages Woodshop in Florida. She studied with renowned intarsia artist Judy Gale Roberts in 2007. Cora has made more than 150 projects, many of which have been sold. She now lives in Murphy, North Carolina, and enjoys bringing this wood art to the Folk School.
