Jessica spent uncounted hours baking with her aunt Liz, who inspired and encouraged her to go further. In 2007 Jessica moved to Asheville, NC; completed A-B Tech’s Baking and Pastry Arts program; and began work at French Broad Chocolates, where she honed her chocolate skills and served as pastry chef for the last three of her five years there. She has also worked for Ruth & Ranshaw and, most recently, is expanding her focus into gluten-free and cane sugar-free foods as baker at BimBeriBon and Eat More Bakery.
