Hollis , throughout her 16 years as a professional chef, has also developed and nurtured a love of edible gardening, foraging for wild foods, home brewing, and eating! In addition to her belief in the power of a good meal to heal the body & soul, she is now practicing the art of helping others heal through physical therapy. Hollis has been an assistant instructor for Russell Cutts' "Forest to Fork" class at the Folk School and has enjoyed leading her own class, guiding students around the world through herbs, spices, and seasonal food.
