Christine is a professional food historian who works in Atlanta as a chef instructor. She teaches everyone from small children and beginning cooks, to professionals seeking training in ServSafe food-safety classes. Christine is the co-author of “Easy Gluten-Free Entertaining” and has been following a gluten-free lifestyle for over a decade. She is delighted to be teaching at the Folk School, where her parents spent many happy hours taking classes in the '60s and '70s.
