Meghan earned a Master's Degree in Folklore Studies with an emphasis on foodways and traditional handmade craft, and has worked for the state folk arts agencies in Utah and Indiana. These interests brought her to the Folk School and to Brasstown, where she has lived since January 2016. Meghan is passionate about soapmaking, fermentation, organic gardening, fiber arts, and other skills of homesteading.
