Judith has become, over this past 10 years, one of the most recognized faces and brands in Atlanta, throughout the American South, and beyond. She has created her own food fusion by blending the techniques of her native Ireland and Scotland with newfound flavors of the South to great acclaim. Her gourmet food business, aptly called the Shamrock and Peach, specializes in Scots-Irish cuisine. When she's not teaching classes and catering events in Atlanta, Judith enjoys leading tours, guiding U.S. groups to her homeland. Her latest book Return to Ireland, published by Penguin Random House, like spending time with Judith, sends you back to a simpler time.
