Susie is from the Kansas City area, where she has been crafting with stained glass for the last 20 years, beginning with leaded and copper foiled pieces. In 2013, she started creating glass-over-glass mosaic works, and fell in love with the freedom and creativity this method allows. Susie formed Light of Mine Glass, LLC in 2013. She has created over 250 one-of-a-kind pieces using repurposed vintage windows, frames, and lanterns as a base. Susie sells her work at local craft fairs, does many custom designs, and is an instructor at a local stained glass studio.
