Willa Brigham
Willa is an inspirational storyteller/speaker, author, song writer, performance artist, midnight quilter, and twice an Emmy Award winner for hosting the Raleigh, NC television show, Smart Start Kids. She has been featured at the National Storytellers Festival in Jonesborough, TN (on the Exchange Place stage), and won the first Story Slam at Sounds of the Mountains in Camp Bethel, VA. In addition to telling stories across the country, and to standing ovations on Caribbean cruise ships, Willa is a recipient of the illustrious Zora Neale Hurston Award with the National Association of Black Storytellers.
