Craig Chee
Craig was born and raised on the island of Oahu, Hawai'i, but matured as an 'ukulele player and musician on the mainland. Through his education from University of Oregon, and working under Jake Shimabukuro and Troy Fernandez, he has become a renown instructor and performer around the world. Craig infuses his energetic and "just plain fun" style into many genres of music. Craig and his wife, Sarah Maisel, perform at 'ukulele festivals and events all over the world, including Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada, Japan, Germany, Belgium, Honolulu, and the continental U.S. Both Craig and Sarah feel fortunate to have been featured on the cover of "Ukulele Magazine," and their joy for music and teaching follow them wherever they travel.
