Katrina A fanatic since childhood, Katrina Stone has been sewing, tying knots and creating fiber art her entire life. She added the magic of felting to her loves after a class at the Folk School in 2006. She believes that natural fibers are both beautiful and functional. She creates wool felt and knotted pieces for the home and for wearables. Frequently her work combines all her favorite fiber arts techniques. All work is uniquely finished to showcase her fiber creations. Katrina is the current President of the Southeast Fiber Arts Alliance in Metro Atlanta. She makes her home in Gwinnett County with her husband, Lee and their fun-loving Boston Terriers. Her granddaughter Effie is the current love of her life.
