Victoria Rose
Victoria initiated youth writing workshops in 1997, as a way to allow young writers the opportunity to write what they care about. The workshops establish a sacred space for participants to listen to the stories that are asking to be written. Victoria has been published in the "Urban News and Observer," "Asheville Citizen-Times," "Fresh," "Hudson River Sampler," and "Hudson Valley Literary Magazine." Her workshops has been offered at LEAF, Montford Books & More, and libraries in Dutchess County, New York. When she's not writing, you can find her dancing or hiking in western North Carolina.
