Teddy has been cultivating naturally grown vegetables full time for the past ten years. He is currently the farm manager at the Allegheny Mountain Institute in Hightown, VA, an educational non-profit that trains food activists in farming, nutrition, and community development. Prior to AMI, Teddy managed the gardens at the John C. Campbell Folk School while working to design and teach garden based workshops and lead the Work-Study program.
