Meredith is an author and teacher who draws from her experience as a farmer, butcher, restaurateur, mother, and non-profit executive to evaluate and co-recreate the way we farm, cook, and eat. She teaches internationally, focusing on topics across the meat supply chain in an effort to support agriculture and eating that is climate adaptive, equitable, decentralized, grassroots, and community fostered.
