Charles Watson
Charles became interested in woodturning after participating in a furniture-making class and attending Rude Osolnik turning workshops. Charles is a founding member of the Palmetto Woodturners in South Carolina, as well as a member of the Carolina Mountain Woodturners in Asheville, North Carolina, and the American Association of Woodturners (AAW). He has attended, assisted, and taught turning classes at the Folk School and has been an assistant instructor at Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts. His primary interest is turning decorative bowls from wood indigenous to South and North Carolina.
