Martha Vining
Martha grew up on a small farm where cooking and baking were daily activities. After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu London, via Boston and Chicago, she eventually settled in Asheville, North Carolina, and worked in restaurants as a cook and pastry chef. Later, she did hundreds of cooking demos at the Biltmore Winery. She has also written feature food articles for newspapers,, and "National Geographic Traveler." Martha has taught culinary arts for many years and was a product developer for specialty food entrepreneurs. Currently, she works in dining services at an Asheville retirement community and does occasional cooking demos on local television.
