Kathi Spaeth
Share:
Kathi is a former graphic designer, elementary art teacher, and current owner of a used bookstore in Monroe, Wisconsin. Kathi has a broad range of art interests. For over 40 years she has been designing, hand-quilting, and exhibiting medallion quilts predominantly. A more recent interest in recycled wool has sparked work with penny rugs, notably table runners and jackets. Summer months at the store are devoted to her interest in pysanky, the Ukrainian wax-resist art of decorated eggs. A little bit of history, a lot of color - so much to learn and share!
