Kim Hendrickson
Kim is a graduate of the French Culinary Institute for pastry technique. She teaches a variety of cooking and baking classes in the New York area, and is the author of the "Tastefully Small" cookbook series, which includes "Dessert Canap├ęs," "Finger Sandwiches," and "Savory Bites." Kim believes that good food is more than good taste -- it's the fun and joy of creating something beautiful, and sharing it with others. She has taught at the Folk School since 2004.
