Kim is a graduate of the French Culinary Institute for pastry technique. She teaches a variety of cooking and baking classes in the New York area and is the author of the Tastefully Small cookbook series, which includes "Dessert Canapés," "Finger Sandwiches," and "Savory Bites," along with her new "Small Bite Cutters." Kim believes that good food is more than good taste; it's the fun and joy of creating something beautiful and sharing it with others. She has taught at the Folk School since 2004.
