Kim is a graduate of the French Culinary Institute for pastry technique. She teaches a variety of cooking and baking classes in the New York area and is the author of the Tastefully Small cookbook series, which includes "Dessert Canap├ęs," "Finger Sandwiches," and "Savory Bites," along with her new "Small Bite Cutters." Kim believes that good food is more than good taste; it's the fun and joy of creating something beautiful and sharing it with others. She has taught at the Folk School since 2004.
