Norma Jean Marcon
Norma Jean is the owner, creative director, and executive chef of Norma Jean's Cuisine in New Orleans, Louisiana. She has 35 years of professional experience "stirring and chopping," creating her own recipes while being a corporate chef/wellness director, caterer, and personal chef. Her most recent venture is being a farmer's market vendor of vegetarian dishes using locally-grown, seasonal produce. Norma Jean has a passion for the Slow Food movement and for sharing her love of New Orleans' history and culinary traditions through her interpretations of the recipes.
