Build a portable boat that is easy to transport and store. This flat-bottom boat is built in three sections, using marine plywood and hardwood. When completed, the craft will carry two adults, some gear, and will fit into a small mini-van. This enjoyable week makes building it as fun as using it! Woodworking experience is helpful, but not required. Note: Additional materials fee is $410-$435 for one boat made by a team of two. PLEASE NOTE: This class is for 12-17 year olds to attend with a parent, grandparent, or guardian -- 1 youth per 1 adult. IF VIEWING THIS CLASS ONLINE, we ask that you call the office to register at 1-800-365-5724 (Mon-Fri, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST.) Youths will receive a $100 discount on tuition.
