Waldorf-inspired Dolls
Date: Sunday, Mar 4 - Friday, Mar 9, 2018
Subject: Dolls & Bears
Instructor: Pam Currie
Share:

Waldorf dolls are created with traditional European dollmaking techniques and all-natural materials, and each is unique. Beginning with the head, stuff stockinette with clean carded wool and shape with thick thread. Faces may be enhanced with needle felting, but the expression is kept neutral to reflect a child's emotions, with simple embroidered eyes & mouth and wool yarn for hair. The body is stuffed firmly with wool to be huggable, and details (knee & elbow dents and belly button) added. Clothe as desired. Basic hand & machine sewing skills are the only needs.

Prior to registering, please read our General Information and Policies.

Tuition: $564.00
Deposit: A deposit of $150.00 will be due upon checkout to hold your seat in this class.
