Build a Ukulele Date: Sunday, June 28 - Saturday, July 4, 2020 Subject: Woodworking, Music Instructor: Allen Androkites Share: The ukulele is a fun instrument to make and to play. Join us to build a tenor-size uke, in a style based on a Martin ukulele with dovetail neck. Wood selection, bending, shaping, and fretting will be covered. Final finishing may be done at home due to time constraints, but your ukulele should be assembled and playable at the end of class. This workshop requires long hours in the evening order to get the ukulele assembled. No woodworking experience required. Note: Additional materials fee estimate is $200.
