Realistic Santa Figure or Relief Carving
Date: Sunday, Nov 15 - Friday, Nov 20, 2020
Subject: Woodcarving
Instructor: Dylan Goodson
Share:

Choose from one of three projects to expand your realistic carving skills. Choose a 12" Santa Claus to learn about carving a figure in 3D, a Country Church project to learn about carving relief landscapes, or carve a low relief portrait of an old cowboy titled "The Rancher." Carvings will start from a rough-out to allow more time to focus on details, depth, perspective, and proportion. Ambitious beginners to advanced carvers are welcome. New and novice carvers should contact the instructor to arrange projects appropriate to their skill level. Moderate hand strength is needed.

Tuition: $564.00
