Sculpting Animals Date: Wednesday, Dec 1 - Saturday, Dec 4, 2021 Subject: Stone, Sculpture & Mosaics, Clay Instructor: Christine Kosiba Share: Create your own animal sculptures as you learn from demonstrations and technical instruction related to various handbuilding techniques. Discuss gestures and features that breathe life into the work, experiment with using found objects in sculpture, and explore surface treatments and finishing techniques. Emphasis will be on creating narrative and personal expression in your individual pieces. Beginning to intermediate students welcome.
