Woodburning a Walking Stick Date: Friday, Nov 19 - Sunday, Nov 21, 2021 Subject: Unique Offerings, Woodcarving Instructor: Terri Paulk Share: Work with a drawknife and shaving horse to remove bark from a walking staff, in preparation for woodburning. We'll cover basic and innovative woodburning methods as we try new pens and sample new techniques. Along with your personalized walking stick you'll woodburn several 2-inch wooden eggs, turning them into ornaments. Good eyesight or magnification and moderate hand strength are required.
