Counter Culture: Cool Beverages and Hot Sauces! Date: Friday, July 29 - Sunday, July 31, 2022 Subject: Cooking Instructor: Terra Ciotta, Susannah Thompson Share: Brew a variety of refreshing beverages perfect for the peak of summer! We'll cover kombucha (and its close relative jun), dairy kefir, sweet potato fly, smreka (a delightful juniper berry tonic), and herbal meads and honey sodas. We'll also work with one of the summer garden's greatest joys - hot peppers - to make a variety of fermented hot sauces to last through the year. All levels welcome. Must be 21 or older.
