Veneered Hall Table Date: Sunday, Nov 13 - Friday, Nov 18, 2022 Subject: Woodworking Instructor: Wyatt Severs Share: Discuss the characteristics of wood, then design and create full-scale drawings for a veneered hall table. This class will cover the machines used for dimensioning and shaping rough lumber into finely crafted furniture, using floating mortise-and-tenon joinery in table construction, and creating one-of-a-kind designs in contrasting woods. All levels welcome; physical stamina necessary. Some minimal evening work may be possible. Note: Additional materials fee estimated at $200.
